The Bianca variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Villar Blanc and Chasselas Bouvier and is intended for the production of white wines and juices. The vines are characterized by medium vigor, and the E.66 index indicates it belongs to a clone maintained within the structure of the Eszterházy Károly University to ensure varietal purity.

Grape berries are small or medium, weighing 1.5–2 grams, with a yellow-green color. They are characterized by a high sugar content from 18–20% to 28% with an acidity level of 7–9 g/l. The variety possesses high frost resistance down to -25...-27°C and complex resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold, and is also distinguished by good shoot maturation.
