Variety description

10 August 2026

A late-ripening variety with small, cylindrical, and very dense clusters. The berries are small, round, dark blue, almost black in color, with thick skin and a waxy bloom. The leaves are typically three- or five-lobed and small in size.

The plant is low-yielding and sensitive to fungal diseases, in particular, powdery mildew. It is used for the production of structured red wines with pronounced tannins, high acidity, and aromas of dark berries, spices, leather, and licorice.
