Variety description

The tree of this variety has high growth vigor and forms a spreading canopy with dense foliage. The leaves are elliptic-lanceolate in shape and have an intense green color on the upper side. The inflorescences are long, compact, with a large number of flowers. The fruits are ellipsoidal and slightly asymmetric in shape.

The variety is self-sterile and requires cross-pollination with such varieties as Coratina, Ogliarola barese or Mele. The fruits ripen in the mid-season; ripening is prolonged. The resulting oil is characterized by a medium fruity aroma, an oleic acid content of more than 70%, and a phenol content of over 200 mg/kg.
