The bunches are medium-sized, cylindrical, and compact. The berries are medium-sized, elongated, with thin skin of a light red or pinkish color.
The variety has an early or mid-early maturity group and is characterized by high yield. The plant is susceptible to fungal diseases, such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, and grey mold. The variety is intended for the production of extractive wines with a high level of acidity, including sparkling wines, and is classified as a white wine variety.
