Greco Bianco is a wine grape variety with a medium or medium-late ripening period. The vines have medium vigor. The clusters are characterized by a medium or large size, a cylindrical or cylindrical-conical shape, and high density.

The berries are of medium size and have an oval or round shape. The skin color is greenish-golden, and upon full ripening, it can become amber with characteristic speckles. The variety is distinguished by average but unstable yields and susceptibility to fungal diseases, including downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold.

The grapes accumulate a high level of sugar while maintaining good acidity. Wines from this variety possess a rich golden color, pronounced minerality, and an aromatic profile with notes of peach, apricot, citrus, white flowers, honey, and nuts. There is also a genetically unrelated group of black varieties called Greco Nero.
